FAQ
Here are common questions about custom bags, MOQ, samples, production, printing, shipping, and payment. If your project is different, send us the details and we will review it case by case.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your MOQ for custom bags?
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces for some custom bag projects. The exact MOQ depends on the bag type, material, size, printing method, and customization details. If you are not sure whether your quantity is workable, you can send us your request and we will check the most practical option for you.
Do you support small custom orders?
Yes. We support small custom orders starting from 50 pieces for certain bag types. Small quantity orders are a good way for brands, events, and new projects to test a design before placing a larger order.
Why are small quantity custom bags more expensive per piece?
Small quantity orders usually have a higher unit price because printing setup, material preparation, sample checking, packing, and production handling still take time even when the quantity is low. Larger quantities usually help reduce the unit cost.
Can I reorder the same bag later?
Yes. If the material, size, printing method, and artwork remain the same, we can keep the approved sample or production details for future reorders. In most cases, repeat orders do not need a new sample and can move directly into production.
Do you offer price breaks for larger quantities?
Yes. Larger quantities usually lower the unit cost. You can send us different quantity options, such as 50 / 100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000 pieces, and we can help compare the pricing.
Samples & Production
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk production. A sample helps confirm the bag size, material, logo effect, stitching, and overall finish before you place a larger order.
Is there a sample fee?
Yes, samples usually require a sample fee. If your bulk order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order amount. The exact sample fee depends on the bag type and customization details.
How long does sampling usually take?
Sampling usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the bag type, material, printing method, and design complexity. We will confirm the estimated sample time after reviewing your project details.
How long does production and delivery usually take?
The total lead time is usually around 10 to 30 days, depending on the product type, order quantity, production schedule, and shipping method. We will confirm the estimated timeline before production starts.
Will the bulk order match the approved sample?
The approved sample or confirmed production details will be used as the reference for bulk production. Slight variations may happen due to material batches or production conditions, but key details such as size, logo position, material, and printing method should be confirmed before mass production.
Product & Materials
What bag materials do you offer?
We can support cotton, canvas, non-woven, PP woven, paper, polyester, cooler bag materials, drawstring bag fabrics, and other packaging bag materials depending on your project.
How do I choose the right material?
The right material depends on your use case, budget, quantity, brand positioning, and desired hand feel. For example, cotton and canvas are often used for brand and retail bags, non-woven and PP woven bags are common for promotional projects, and paper bags are often used for retail packaging.
Can you recommend a suitable material for my project?
Yes. If you share your product type, quantity, budget range, logo needs, and target use, we can recommend a practical material option instead of asking you to decide everything by yourself.
Can I customize the size, handle, color, and thickness?
Yes, many details can be customized, including bag size, handle length, fabric weight, material color, logo size, and finishing details. The available options and MOQ depend on the material and production method.
Are eco-friendly materials available?
Reusable and recyclable material options can be discussed, such as cotton, canvas, non-woven, paper, and other materials depending on your project. If you need a specific eco requirement or certification, please tell us before quoting.
Printing, Artwork & Design
What logo file do you need?
Vector files are preferred, such as AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work for simple logo printing, but we need to check the file quality before production.
Can you print full-color logos?
Yes, full-color printing may be possible depending on the bag material, logo design, quantity, and printing method. For some projects, simple one-color printing may be more cost-effective.
What printing methods are available?
Common printing and branding methods include screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, embroidery, woven labels, and sewn labels. The best method depends on the material, logo design, quantity, and desired finish.
Will I see a proof or mockup before production?
Yes. We can provide a digital layout or mockup to confirm logo size, position, and general appearance before production. For more detailed projects, a physical sample may also be recommended.
What if my logo file is not ready?
You can send us what you have first, such as a PNG, JPG, sketch, or reference image. We will review whether it can be used for production and let you know if a cleaner file is needed.
Shipping, Payment & Risk
Can you ship to the US, Europe, Australia, and other countries?
Yes. International shipping can be arranged depending on your destination country, order size, timeline, and preferred shipping method.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost depends on carton size, total weight, shipping method, destination country, and delivery speed. Since bags may take up more volume than expected, shipping is usually confirmed after the product and packing details are clear.
What are your payment terms?
Our usual payment term is Deposit Before Production, Balance Before Shipment. After production is completed, we will send photos or videos of the finished goods for confirmation. The remaining balance should be paid before shipment.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
If there is a quality concern, please provide clear photos or videos. We will review the issue based on the approved sample, confirmed artwork, and production specifications, then discuss a practical solution.
How do you reduce risk for first-time customers?
We recommend confirming the key details before production, including material, size, logo method, logo position, packing, and timeline. For new projects, ordering a sample first is often the best way to check the result before bulk production.
